Returns & Exchanges

Return Eligibility

Medical equipment and supplies may be returned within 30 days of delivery if:

  • Product is unopened and in original packaging

  • Product is unused and in resalable condition

  • Product was not custom-ordered or special-ordered for your facility

  • You have original invoice/order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened sterile products or individually sealed items

  • Custom or special-ordered equipment

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Products marked "non-returnable" at time of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Provide order number and reason for return

  3. Receive return authorization (RA) number

  4. Ship product back with RA number clearly marked

Refund Process

  • Refunds processed within 5-10 business days of receiving returned item

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless return is due to our error

  • Return shipping costs are customer's responsibility unless product was defective or incorrectly shipped

  • Refunds issued to original payment method

Defective or Damaged Products
